The value of executive coaching, as studies suggest, goes way beyond hours invested or money spent.  Yet, the value is indeed dependent on context. It is related to what is at stake for the client, or what opportunity he/she might thereafter be able to tap into.

Our continuous monitoring approach includes in-session feedback as well as client feedback and reporting. Our senior clients, either positioned as leader or forerunner towards the future, have reported back "quite considerable helpfulness". We prefer this feedback over ROI for the high profile individuals we work with. We do not expect a willingness to report back on tangibles in ROI. Their references proof.

So what value are we talking about?


  • The value of think-working moments, partnering with a highly-educated coach who provides full presence, ICF gold standard competences and process choreographing - so clients say - lies in the highly energising creation work in a space most meaningful to the client. 


  • The value of sessions can be instantaneous when a client generates new insight, and e.g. develops a strategy for navigating the challenges at hand within a session of 60 minutes during which he/she has even think-tested options from the most critical perspectives


  • The value generated inbetween sessions: Executive Coaching is no wellness space, it is what a C-level client recently called an "intense mental workout. Our approach strives for the client to continue uncovering insights after the session has ended. Many clients report, that impulses from a session fuelled their strategising during the days following the session. 


  • The value of a continuous engagement can additionally be incremental and provide for incredible value in personal growth: e.g. when "work in progress" relates to a client finding better ways for trust-building and alignment in a new board team, uncovering thought pattern and unconscious limitations.
