A long-term perspective: What is Resilience in declining living systems?

Radical events have reshaped our business ecosystems. We used ad hoc measures to maintain prosperity, the rest had to wait.
Yet we are currently facing an average decline of 69% in species population since 1970. Our home base is the sphere in which everything lies that we have. We need new ways of approaching our challenges.

As leaders, we take care of our survival. But we should not be fire fighters. We are leaders. Leaders should lead. Beyond. Committed to what we call thriving futures. 

We need leaders for the new - with persistence until the followers join in. Because direction has to be towards resilient, desirable, thriving futures.
