The Search Inside Yourself program is a training and experiential format to build the competence of emotional intelligence. It leverages mindfulness as a foundation to learn what is happening, how people perceive things and respond, what energises and motivates us, how we relate to others and how we can work with ourselves and others. So we can lead with our people in mind, stay productive when adversity hits and maintain our wellbeing.

The Search Inside Yourself program is taught by SIY Leadership Institute (now SIY Global) certified, experienced and senior teachers only. All teachers passed extensive curriculum and exam teachings in San Francisco - and have a professional continuous practice.
